Visit Red Bridge Education

We welcome educators, school leaders, and researchers who want to see our model in action. Educators from across the region regularly visit to observe and learn from our approach to mastery-based, agency-driven learning.

What Visitors Come to Observe

Visiting educators typically come to see:

  • Autonomy Levels in practice — how students are grouped by demonstrated learning independence rather than age, and what that looks like across a school day

  • The mastery credit system — how students select credits, submit evidence of mastery, receive feedback, and earn credits across subject areas

  • Learning Guides in action — how our staff coach students one-on-one on work habits, goal-setting, and learning independence rather than delivering whole-class instruction

  • Student-initiated advancement — how students advocate for their own progression based on demonstrated mastery

  • Deep Dives — our extended project-based learning experiences in which students investigate real-world questions across Autonomy Levels

  • The Learning Credit Portal — our internally developed research tool for tracking student progress, mastery credit attainment, and learning outcomes

How Visits Work

Site visits to Red Bridge Education are coordinated directly by our team. We welcome requests from individual educators, school leaders, researcher groups, and organizations. Silicon Schools Fund also regularly facilitates visits for educators within its network who are interested in observing our model.

Visits are typically half-day or full-day experiences that include structured observation time, conversation with staff, and an overview of our research program and learning model.

To request a visit, contact us at info@redbridge.org or fill out the form below.

Red Bridge Education hosts site visits as part of its commitment to sharing its model openly with the broader education field.
